Includes one live session (on-site or virtual) for up to 50 participants. Comes with a certified House of SOL facilitator, custom workbook, and access to the replay. Ideal for staff wellness days, student intensives, or event activations.

WEEKLY RESIDENCY
Designed for after-school programs, leadership cohorts, or wellness courses.
Includes 4 sessions per month with certified instructors, curriculum kits, weekly reflections, progress tracking, and certificates of completion. Great for continuous engagement and program integration.

A 2-day retreat-style experience delivered monthly.
